Project Brief

For over 60 years Communities Foundation of Texas has advanced charitable giving in the North Texas community, most notably through their North Texas Giving Day event—the largest community-wide giving event in the nation. In 2017 they found their office space in need of renovation, but faced the challenges of maintaining a working environment for employees and completing construction prior to Giving Day. Echelon led the effort to create a more open floor plan, converting central file rooms into shared work spaces, and divided offices into new conference spaces. Construction was phased to allow employees to work uninterrupted, and was condensed into three months, wrapping up right on time for CFT to raise a record $39 million for North Texas nonprofits.
