With Echelon since 2014, and previously with an international commercial builder, Derek brings many years of project leadership experience. Derek has worked on several high-end and notable projects including luxury condominiums, museums, a 60 story high-rise, historic buildings and churches, and multiple upscale hospitality projects. Facilities like these require an eye for detail and exceptional coordination between project team members. Derek’s ability to develop high performing teams drives successful delivery for all project stakeholders – true integrated delivery. His leadership throughout the entire life cycle of a project from conceptual design through construction ultimately leads to Client assurance that all goals are achieved. Derek is a native Texan and holds a Bachelors degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
