Project Brief

NDBT has served the North Texas community since 1961, growing steadily from modest beginnings to become one of this area’s largest independent banks. NDBT purchased land in the Fields development in 2023 to continue growth in the Frisco, Texas community. The site was acquired from the estate of Bert Fields, Jr. and the development named in honor of Mr. Fields and his family. Mr. Fields was NDBT’s majority shareholder for more than 50 years.

The 3-story banking center in Frisco includes tenant space at each level, an amenity space on the third level, and an attached drive-thru. The building is situated alongside a beautiful green space with art that tells the story of the oil, ranching, and banking history of the company. Echelon assisted the bank during the due diligence phase and continued to lead the project through design and construction.
