Pamela Hernandez

Pam’s background in project management and construction estimating has served her projects well since joining Echelon in 2016.  She has been involved in several high-end ground-up and renovation projects, including churches, private schools, office space, a world-class museum, mission critical telecommunication facilities, and an executive airport terminal.  This variety of projects has required coordination between diverse sets of end users and team members, as well as a keen attention to quality and detail. With her extensive experience, Pam knows what it takes to set a project up for success with thorough planning and careful attention to budget. She believes that strong and authentic relationships between project participants – from owner to subcontractor – are a crucial component of successful projects and strives to foster them in all her interactions. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
