Firestone & Robertson Distilling Co. became the only artisan bourbon whiskey maker in Texas in 2010, and quickly outgrew its original facility. Beyond building a bigger distillery, its owners wanted to create a uniquely Texan bourbon experience, complete with tours and special events. However, budgets were limited, as the first batch of bourbon had yet to be released. Echelon was brought in to assemble the right blend of talent, experience and ingenuity, and lead the team in bottling a vision — and seeing it come to fruition.
