Project Brief

Rall Ranch is a 30-acre property with rolling hills and a natural creek — but a new tollway threatened its watershed. Echelon worked with a river restoration design firm to address and resolve potential effects. To stabilize the creek and filter runoff, new wetlands and trees were installed. In addition, Echelon was tasked with leading the development of a master plan for the property and engaged a land planning firm to identify options for the highest and best use of the land that embraced the new site improvements. Through careful project management, Echelon helped maximize Rall Ranch’s value, while preserving its natural beauty.
