Challenge

Following the successful completion of Shady Oaks Country Club Clubhouse previous phase of expansion and renovations, Echelon Leadership was again tasked with leading the design and construction team to bring the remaining areas not previously renovated up to par. The Front Entry, President’s Hall, Great Hall, Dining Rooms and Buffet areas were sequenced in a manner to minimize the impact to the existing facilities in a condensed schedule during off-peak season. Echelon’s leadership allowed the Club to focus on daily operations while the project advanced to meet budget, schedule and design expectations.
