The Ritz-Carlton is synonymous with luxury — and its Dallas hotel is no exception. Only seven years old, it required a comprehensive renovation of the lobby and guestrooms to uphold brand standards. Echelon was given from July 4^th to Labor Day to complete all work, making strategy and coordination critical. To balance design and affordability, Echelon identified an array of contractors with varying levels of size and expertise, to ensure competitive fees and excellent high-end services were provided. We led the selection of a general contractor to manage construction, ordered mockups to address problems early and scheduled work to minimize guest interruption. The new Ritz-Carlton Dallas embodies contemporary luxury and timeless elegance — with no hint of its aggressive time frame.
