Project Brief

Nestled on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard, this hotel was in need of interior upgrades that would complement its stunning lake views.  Due to geographic diversity of the Ownership group, Echelon Leadership provided local oversight of the Dallas based design and construction teams for the renovations, which included the lobby, café, restaurant, meeting spaces, and ballrooms. The sequencing of construction was scheduled to minimize impacts to hotel guests, and necessitated a three-month construction hiatus during peak event season to capitalize on revenues. The renovations enhanced the hotel’s amenities and garnered the attention of other investors as the property exchanged hands upon the project’s completion.
