Project Brief

A hotel “exactly like nothing else”, The Vic Resort & Spa, an Autograph Collection Hotel, is a new addition to the Caribbean’s award winning Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman. This 8-story hotel tower includes 211 guestrooms, several restaurant venues and bars, a state-of-the-art health and wellness facility and spa, a ground level resort pool and the island’s first roof-top bar and lounge with a pool deck. Totaling over 275,000 sq ft, this hotel is focused on providing a premium experience to guests within ownership’s portfolio of hotels. As the Owner’s Representative, Echelon Leadership assisted the Asset Manager and Project Manager with the responsibility of overseeing a multi-national project team.
