Project Brief
Built in 1924, the Warwick Melrose Hotel is a Dallas landmark. Its historic wood-framed windows were lovely, but required replacement due to leaks, noise, and a lack of insulation. Echelon coordinated with owners, vendors and the Dallas Landmark Commission to deliver a new aluminum-framed design that matched the previous style. In addition, the team managed renovations to the lobby, bathrooms, ballrooms, meeting rooms, and corridors. All improvements were completed with minimal guest interruption. The rejuvenated hotel meets modern boutique standards while staying true to its historic character.
